You will be responsible to deliver outstanding service to our customers. To do this, we will provide you with extensive training and support, in a great work environment, to ensure you will have the tools and knowledge required for your success.

Located in Canberra CBD, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) provides superannuation services and products to Australian Government employees and members of the Australian Defence Force. We have our customers best interests at the heart of everything we do.

 

Your new role

As a Customer Information Representative (CIR) you have responsibility for assisting our customers with their superannuation enquiries via phone or email.

You will need to communicate effectively and translate complex matters in a way that our customers can clearly understand.

You will work as part of a team within the Customer Information Centre (CIC) to deliver outstanding service outcomes for our customers.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to tailor information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to interpret superannuation rules and legislation.
  • Achieve individual performance targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
